Is Suri Cruise about to start school? Rumours that newly single mum Katie Holmes will be sending her six year old daughter to school for the first time have been sparked by as sources claim she is working to create a “normal life” for them.
The 33 year-old, who filed divorce from husband of five years Tom Cruise only 12 days ago has already moved into a modest 3 bedroom apartment in the Chelsea neighbourhood of New York where according to E! News the actress is planning to make her home.
Katie was awarded primary custody of Suri in the divorce settlement that was reached earlier this week (July 9) with her estranged husband Cruise. Despite being less than two weeks since the split was announced Katie has already been striking out on her own.
Not only has she hired a new team of bodyguards and driver, sacking the ones employed by her husband but she has also reverted to the publicist she had before she began dating Tom and turned her back on Scientology, signing up with her local Catholic church.
With Katie, clearly making an effort to create a normal life for the most famous child on the planet we wouldn't be surprised if she started school this September.
So far her education has been with a home tutor but with the Dawon's Creek star making some huge changes we doubt that will stay that way for long.
