After months of tears and gossip Tulisa will today (July 6) formally settle her legal action against ex-boyfriend Justin Edwards over a sex tape of the couple which appeared on the internet earlier this year.
The case follows news announced in court earlier this week that Justin Edwards finally admitted leaking their infamous sex tape.
Justin's barrister told the High Court at a hearing in London (July 9) that the rap artist was taking full responsibility for the tape which was leaked online earlier this year.
Barrister Jacob Dean reportedly said: ''Mr Edwards has admitted responsibility for publication of the video, apologised for it, and promised not to do it again.''
At an earlier hearing for the case Edwards had denied posting the sex tape, saying he thought it was ''ungentlemanly''.
Maybe Tulisa's on-stage rant at Wireless festival last weekend about the scandal had something to do with her ex changing his mind?
Tulisa originally launched legal action against Justin and others following the emergence of the raunchy footage earlier this year.
She won a High Court order in March banning publication of footage showing her ''engaged in a sexual act''.
Tulisa and Justin began dating in their teens and split in 2009. After the sex tape began circulating the web, the 23-year-old recorded a YouTube video where she announced she was "devastated" and "heartbroken" over the publication.
The 'Young' singer will celebrate her 24th birthday tomorrow (July 13) ans is still continuing to take action against a number of other defendants over the sex tape leak.
Entertainmentwise will be down at London's High Court today with all the latest news and updates.
