It's back to business for Tom Cruise, who has been pictured on set of his new movie, without his wedding ring following his split from Katie Holmes.
The actor resumed his duties on set yesterday, where he was pictured for the first time minus his wedding band. But after securing access to his six-year-old daughter Suri, as well as other details of a divorce settlement with Katie, he looked fairly relaxed on set as he managed to raise a smile with the production team.

Tom, who recently 'celebrated' his 50th birthday, was shooting 'Oblivion' in California, after reportedly spending a few days 'hashing out' details of the settlement with his legal team.
Meanwhile his estranged wife Katie is also prepping to get back to work, as she prepares to shoot new film 'Responsible Adults', which she also wrote - about a single mother.
Tom's representatives recently denied the rumours that he was hooking up with 'Oblivion' co-star and insists if they had any chemistry it was because they are acting.
