We all know that Rihanna likes things hot (just check out the lyrics to 'S+M' if you don't believe us!), so we weren't THAT surprised to hear that she's a mega Nando's fan...
The Only Girl In The World made headlines when a source came forward to the Daily Star with rumours of her £7,000 binge at Nando's.
"The restaurant had to shut their doors for the remainder of the day as they had no stock left... Everyone was laughing, saying that only Rihanna could clear out Nando's."
Her performance at the Wireless Festival didn't make her THAT hungry, however; a spokesperson from Nando's has denied that the restaurant had to close after RiRi's chicken feast.
And her order "only" clocked in at £483.75.
"Only" clocked in at £483,75? What did she spend the money on?! The drinks are BOTTOMLESS, for crying out loud!
A spokesperson from Nando's came forward to the Evening Standard to reveal that Rihanna ordered 260 peri-peri chicken wings, along with a few other nibbles:
"The order included 260 Wings, 10 Halloumi Bugers, 2 Veggie Burgers, 12 Large Coleslaws and 10 Large Mixed Leaf Salads, coming to a total of £483.75."
They were also quick to confirm that Rihanna was NOT the only girl in the world who could shut down a Nando's restaurant with a single order:
"I can confirm a member of Rihanna’s team placed an order at our High Street Kensington restaurant on Sunday, but I can assure you it didn't cause our restaurant to close."
