After his divorce Tom Cruise is heading into Oblivion. No the star hasn't experienced a Charlie Sheen style meltdown because he and Katie Holmes have split, it's the name of his new movie and he's back at work after finalising his divorce to Ms Holmes.
The star reached a settlement with Katie, then flew to California's High Sierras to continue shooting his sci-fi flick. Cruise flew from Los Angeles to a small airport near Mammoth Lakes, a small town at the foot of Mammoth Mountain.
The movie had previously been shooting in Iceland, but shooting is expected to go on throughout the week in the mountains.
Cruise and Holmes's lawyers had been wrangling over the details of a settlement for their divorce, which on Monday was settled as Holmes's lawyers said: "The case has been settled and the agreement has been signed."
