Kris Humphries has been playing the victim in his break up with Kim Kardashian but after it was revealed that he may have fathered a child since they split he has reportedly been told to “settle” with Kim and “move on”.
The NBA star wanted his reality TV star ex to admit their marriage was “fraudulent” and that she cared more about ratings than him but since his ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj has claimed she is carrying his love child the 27 year-old's case has been severely damaged.
Kris initially denied a relationship with Myla and even reported her to the FBI for trying to extort money for him. A source told the New York Post she was a “booty call” girl but after claiming to have been broken hearted after the split, carrying on with Myla has damaged his case.
"Kris' lies have severely damaged his divorce case against Kim Kardashian,” a source told RadarOnline.
“If he had just been honest with his lawyer about his relationship with Myla, he wouldn't be in this position now.”
"Kris is now being advised to settle with Kim and move on,” the source revealed. “Proving that the marriage was fraudulent, and he got duped into it will be a very, very hard argument to win at trial. Kris is still hell bent on going to trial.”
He is now facing a paternity suit with Myla over the unborn child and with that and his divorce battle going on it could all fall apart for the athlete, but as his motivation appears purely to get revenge on Kim going to trial could be a risk.
“He wants to publicly humiliate Kim as much as possible,” the source went on.
“What Kris doesn't seem to grasp is that he could end up paying for Kim's legal fees if the judge rules against him. Kris needs to let go and move on, he says he has done so, but he clearly hasn't.”
We never thought Kim would end up coming out of this divorce as the winner, looks like Kris should just give up on getting his own back on Kim and concentrate on more important things like may be becoming a daddy!
The New York Post has claimed that Kris is planning to get a paternity test despite the fact that Myla is convinced he is the father.
“He will ask for a paternity test when the baby is born. He had been claiming that their relationship was pretty casual, that she was a ‘booty call’ girl,"a source revealed.
