The shaggy-haired cougar-lover was photographed in North London with his famous curls under a hat as he looked for a new pad.
The 18-year-old, who has conquered the world this year as a fifth of the world's most famous boyband, was initially rumoured to be eyeing up Ashley Cole's old pad.
It has recently been revealed that he had a fling with married 32-year-old radio DJ Lucy Horobin, but he has yet to comment on it at all.
She has been chased off Twitter by his angry fans, and her husband has said the popstar "wrecked" his life.
