Competitive sparks are flying in the tennis world with the Wimbledon tournament in sight, and that became evident last night when the planet’s best female tennis players went head to head to top the style stakes at the WTA Pre-Wimbledon bash.
Maria Sharapova and sisters Venus and Serena Williams shot sultry looks instead of tennis balls last night to be best at style as well as sport.
But who do you think wins this Wimbledon fash off?
The world number one Maria dazzled the green carpet in a white sheer dress with shimmering silver embellishments at The Roof Gardens in Kensington, London as she seduced the cameras with her endless pins and gleaming smile.

She topped off the look with red velvet open toe heels and matching diamond and red drop earrings, completing the outfit with a small white clutch bag.
But Maria’s old rivals came back with a vengeance yesterday evening when they challenged her to an old fashioned fash off. That’s competitive girls for ya!
The world’s number six Serena, who has won Wimbledon four times, donned a deep purple satin number featuring a black mesh neckline that displayed a good amount of cleavage. She teamed the look with black open toe patent heels, adding some jazz to the outfit with diamond drop earrings and silver bracelets.
Sister Venus, however, who has slipped to number 55 in the rankings, wore a slightly more youthful frock in the form of a pretty asymmetrical white number featuring a V-neck, teamed with open toe beige heels and her hair in braids.
Who do you think win's this fashion battle? We reckon Maria gave them a right thrashing...
