Lauren Goodger has had a tough year so far – After her beauty salon was firebombed in February, she then faced criticism over her weight during a holiday in Miami, finally allegedly rowing with The Only Way Is Essex producers before being temporarily removed from our screens for part of the last series.
Could her popularity finally be waning? The glamorous reality star was promoting her Lauren’s Way tanning products at a Debenhams store in Romford yesterday where it has been reported that a meagre 10 fans showed up to meet her.
An onlooker told the Mail Online that 25-year-old Lauren was left embarrassed after the store erected barriers to manage crowds that ultimately never came.
A spokesperson for Lauren told the Mail Online, “We have no involvement with Lauren’s Way so have no idea ourselves however the Lauren’s Way team told us that there were approximately 100 people over the course of the time she was there."
Lauren reappeared in the latter stages of the fifth series of The Only Way Is Essex and also recently appeared in the Marbella special of the ITV2 reality show, The Only Way Is Marbs – confronting Arg about their fall-out.
