Kelly Clarkson has definitely got more of a bounce since returning to the music scene and it's not just her new boyfriend Brandon Blackstock, but also because of her impressive weight loss.
The former American Idol singer has been training hard since finding a personal trainer that works for her, and during her performance at the MuchMusic Video Music Awards on Sunday, we couldn't help but notice her hot bod in her graphic print dress that had sexy, black side panels.
Kelly has revealed that she's enjoying the benefits from a five-day-a-week training regime and healthy-eating combo, as she's previously said: "What I've figured is this: As long as I'm healthy and happy, cool. I'm just me -- take it or leave it. And personally, I think I'm looking good!"
A source has told Us Weekly: “She feels better about herself than she ever has.” That's great to see!
