Another victim has come forward showing her injuries from the brawl that occurred at the W.i.P nightclub in New York last week, pointing the finger at rapper Drake for allegedly instigating the fight with singer Chris Brown.
According to TMZ, Vladmira Brace has now got herself a lawyer claiming that she has suffered a spinal injury after she was trampled in the brawl that broke out on June 13.
In the letter that has reportedly been sent to Drake's reps, Brace's legal team say: "Your client instigated a brawl with Mr. Chris Brown" before adding, "[Drake's] actions were reckless and negligent in inflaming a violent mob."
The website claims the letter continues: "My client personally observed several members of [Drake's] entourage throwing bottles of champagne with reckless and criminal disregard of the well-being of the innocent bystanders."
Allan Friedman, Brace's attorney claims that the Young Money rapper has a “well documented history” of 'abusive' remarks that women, and then says: "It is regrettable that apparently many innocent young women have been severely injured by this incident."
But Drake, whose representatives have told us that he was not involved with the fight, is allgedly not concerned with Friedman's claims, as sources close to the rapper have told TMZ that they are “laughable”.
Three other women have come forward showing their injuries from the fight, with one 24-year-old tourist, visiting from Australia, who was left needing 16 stitches after she was hit with a bottle.
