The Duchess of Cambridge joined inner city school children on a camping trip yesterday, and unsurprisingly, she went into the woods in style.
Kate is known for her casual yet chic daytime looks, and didn’t fail to impress yesterday when she stepped out in a mish mash of high-street and designer gems.
She opted for dark blue skinny jeans and khaki jumper from one of her favourite high-street and purse friendly shops, Zara, yet added a shirt by high-end make Burberry.
And to add a bit of Sex and the City glam into a day of trudging through the mud, Kate chose a luxury pair of leather-lined wellies from Le Chameau costing £300. Wow…
Kate topped off the countryside outfit with a waterproof waistcoat by outdoor clothing company Really Wild. She scooped her hair into a half-up, half-down style which she’s been loving of late, wearing a natural make-up look and accessorising with small studded earrings.
We think Kate definitely knows what she’s doing with outdoor style, and has managed to make it fashionable with her inspirational mish mash of high-street and designer pieces.
Top marks, Kate!
