The Only Way Is Essex's Lauren Goodger has become the latest celebrity to be targeted with Twitter abuse.
Talking to The Sun, the reality star, who has been proudly showing off the effects of her slimmer figure recently, revealed that she started receiving the "horrible" tweets when she posted a picture of herself in a bikini on her page.
Recalling the type of messages she got, Lauren said: "One message I got said 'I bet your mum and dad hate you'.
"It can get quite personal against family which is horrible. Some people have said 'I bet you've got no family' and another said 'I bet your mum wishes her egg had never accepted the sperm that made you'.
"That was shocking. Another said 'you look like a Cabbage Patch doll'."
Revealing that she is oftern targeted about her weight on her Twitter page, Lauren, who reveals she's happy with her sexy JLo bum, added:
"I do get a lot of negative posts on my Twitter feed. It can be upsetting, particularly when people are making comments on pictures I post as that feels more personal. I'll get hundreds of responses to anything I post saying things like 'you're fat', 'you're ugly', or 'who are you?'. It can be quite rude and disgusting, too. I have guys write to me about sex, that is horrible.
"I've always been picked on about my weight and size. The more pressure there was on me and comments in magazines or on Twitter about my size, the more my weight was fluctuating because I was worried about it.
"People seemed to become obsessed with my size and photographers would try and take pictures where I was looking particularly big as that's what people wanted to see."
