Demi Moore only left rehab in February but the star could be heading back there as her daughters grow increasingly worried by her fragile state and are considering staging an intervention.
Earlier this week it was revealed that Rumer, Scout and Tallulah feared that the actress was not coping and that her behaviour was driving them apart, but now things seemed to have got even worse as they fear she may relapse.
“Rumer, Scout and Tallulah are so concerned about their mom that they’re considering if they should stage an intervention,” a source told RadarOnline.
“They don’t know what to do to help her, and they’re starting to wonder if she needs help again.”
“Demi’s girls are going to get help for their mom no matter what, but their relationship with her is so strained right now that it is hard to get anything done,” the insider revealed.
The ’Ghost’ actress checked herself into rehab in January to deal with substance abuse issues and an eating disorder after she collapsed at her home in Los Angeles after taking a “mystery” substance.
Her problems have been blamed on the breakdown of her relationship with Ashton Kutcher. The brunette ended their six year marriage in October last year following allegations that he had cheated on the star.
But now her issues with Ashton seem to be affecting her relationships with her children as things grow more strained.
“They’re really worried about everything she is doing lately, and they’re getting mad at her. Demi has been doing things that make them worry that maybe she isn’t staying sober and they’re not happy about her behavior,” another source claimed.
"The last thing these girls need is dealing with their mother going through yet another episode."
20 year-old Scout’s recent arrest didn’t help the star, as she struggles with her own problems. The student was arrested in New York last week for under age drinking and use of a fake ID.
