Kris Humphries has allegedly accused his ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj of running a sordid brothel out of the New York hotel she works in.
The basketball star, who is set to divorce Kim Kardashian, is now locked in a bitter battle with the hotel employee, who he was pictured enjoying a romantic break with in Miami.
According to reports, Kris has been dating Myla since January, and ever since his legal team tried to get her to sign a non-disclosure agreement things have turned sour.
It's been reported that the basketball star has handed information over to the FBI claiming that Myla had tried to blackmail him for a large sum of money to buy her silence before she sells their texts and emails.
Myla's attorney, Joe Tacopina has denied all the claims and have insisted that Kris should undertake a lie detector test and issue a formal apology. If he doesn't, a defamation case maybe filed against the basketball star.
But sources have told TMZ that Kris “will not be apologising”.
