Justin Bieber left the US pretty sharply after his alleged fight with a paparazzi last month, but now the 'Boyfriend' is set to return home and the police want to question him.
The 18-year-old reportedly got into a physical altercation with a photographer after a day out with his girlfriend Selena Gomez two weeks ago, and the pap filed a complaint against the singer.
Selena Gomez was seen looking very distressed at the scene, while Justin had lost a shoe in the alleged brawl and was photographed trying to compose himself.
According to The Sun, Justin is set to tell his side of the story to the police after his promotional visit to Europe over the last few weeks.
“He will definitely be called in for questioning,” a lawyer told the newspaper.
After getting 'roughed up' by Bieber, the pap headed to hospital where he was treated for injuries. The Los Angeles county sheriff has confirmed that the assault case was still being investigated, however it's thought that the photographer was trying to snap the teen while he was on a date with girlfriend Selena.
Justin has reportedly refused to comment on the case.
Shortly after the incident, Justin tweeted his fans: "My fans have always been there. from day 1. they are there for me thru everything. they lift me up. so… i’m there for them. always. #FACT.
