The 'LOL' actress is thought to be in Miami for work, after having visited back in May. She wore a blue hoody while she chatted away to her male companion.
The actress has recently come under fire for her skinny frame, after undertaking a strict health and fitness regime that has certainly seen Miley drop the pounds and you can see here that her collar bone is protruding even from such a distance.
According to the National Enquirer, Miley was overheard telling a pal that she paid $25,000 a month to keep her personal trainer with her while she travels, and that she's proud of her new physique.
Miley recently told her pals that she won't be having children any time soon with Liam, because she wants to keep her man to herself.
