Kris Humphries' latest relationship with Myla Sinanaj is turning into a soap as now his ex is demanding an apology after claiming that his recent denial of their relationship is ruining her reputation.
Myla's lawyer has demanded that the basketball star takes a lie detector test (Jeremy Kyle style) to prove that he's lying about the extortion demands from Myla.
The hotel employee's lawyer Joe Tacopina, has claimed that Kris has tried to use Myla to make himself appear better in his upcoming divorce battle with his Kim Kardashian, after their 72-day marriage.
It has recently been reported that Kris had handed over evidence to the FBI, over claims that Myla was trying to blackmail him into handing over a large amount of cash to keep quiet about their relationship.
''I defy them to show that she has asked for one red cent. I challenge them to submit Kris Humphries to a polygraph and if he does I will have my client do the same. She never asked him for a penny,” Joe told TMZ.
The lawyer even revealed that he has proof that Kris had been calling her 50 times a day. ''I have hundreds of text messages and phone records which show he constantly contacted her on a steady basis. He'd call her 50 times in a day,” he claimed.
The statement comes as Kris denied that the couple had been having a relationship. Joe then added: ''It's hard to argue you're heartbroken when you had a steady girlfriend since January.''
Myla's legal rep continued to claim that Kris's lawyers had spoken badly about his client and that they'd even tried to get her the sack from her current hotel job. “There will be a retraction and an apology by Humphries and his lawyer, or else,” he said.
Looks like Kris is going to have his work cut out for him.
