Usher has joined the line-up for this year's BET Awards performers, which is set to be the best yeat.
The 'Scream' singer will be joined on stage at the Shrine Auditorium by Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj at the ceremony.
Big Sean and 2 Chainz will also take to the stage on July 1, as will award presenters Kevin Hart and Cedric the Entertainer.
Kanye West is one of the frontrunners at this year's BET Awards nominees after picking up seven nods for his solo work and collaborations with Jay-Z on 'Watch The Throne'.
Beyoncé, Drake, and BET Awards performer Big Sean have also received several nominations. Samuel L Jackson hosts the 2012 BET Awards on Sunday, July 1.
Meanwhile, Usher showcased his new album, ‘Looking 4 Myself’ to an intimate crowd at HMV’s Hammersmith Apollo earlier this week (June 11).
The album set to be his seventh studio album, following up on his 2010 ‘Raymond v. Raymond’, has already had two successful singles released in the form of ‘Climax’ and ‘Scream’.
The venue offered a significantly more intimate setting than his previous gig, the Capitol FM Summertime Ball (July 9), where he performed in front of 80,000 people at Wembley Stadium.
