Kim Kardashian's is hardly known for her acting capabilities unless you count her whirlwind romance with husband of 72-days Kris Humphries, but the reality star wants a cameo role in one of the UK's best loved soaps, like EastEnders or Coronation Street.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is determined to make a name for herself as an actress, and has recently starred in Tyler Perry's upcoming movie 'The Marriage Counselor'. (Oh the irony.) But Kim, 31, thinks that starring in a British soap would be great fun and has even been heard trying out the Northern accent.
According to reports, while Kim was in the UK with her boyfriend Kanye West for his 'Watch The Throne' tour and to promote her new perfume, she found herself watching a couple of episodes and now is keen to land a role.
"Kim was really impressed with British TV - especially Coronation Street and EastEnders," a source told The Sun. "After watching an episode of Corrie she tried to mimic the northern accent. She'd love a cameo just so she could sneak around the set."
Kim is also thought to have contacted one of her US film producer pals, who is currently based in London, to discuss upcoming opportunities to meet some of his UK industry contacts.
The reality star has a lot on her plate at the moment, as she's set to appear for her divorce deposition later this month. But let's face it, the reality star really has moved on from Kris, as she's currently head over heels for Kanye. How do we know it's love we hear you ask? Well, Kim did splash out $750,000 on a Lamborghini for the 'Power' rapper, so we hope it really is.
