Slash, is to be the first member of Guns N Roses to be inducted into the walks alumni, and has beaten former band mate and notorious diva Axl Rose to the honour.
The two are estranged, after Slash’s departure from the band in the early 90s, and Rose has even gone as far as to ban fans from wearing t-shirts bearing the guitarists name at shows.
Meanwhile, Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose recently turned down his entry into the New York Rock and Roll Hall of Fame saying he does not feel wanted or respected.
