First Chris Brown arranged to be at the same club as Rihanna so that he could try to get back together with her again, then the pair spent the night giving each other evils and now, it has emerged that actually Brown sent Rihanna some champagne as they partied in the same nightclub yet again this weekend.
The couple, who split in 2009 after Brown beat her up, were spotted at the same nightclub for the second time in two weeks, and the 'Yeah 3x' singer even sent her champagne to call a truce.
The previous week, Chris Brown and RiRi were seen at the Greystone Manor in L.A., but this time she was partying at New York's SL club on Saturday night (June 9), when Chris sent over a bottle of bubbly.
"After Chris made his way into SL with a group of friends, Rihanna pulled up with her own group of friends. The infamous exes sat far enough from each other to not be able to talk, but close enough to keep an eye on one another,” a source told the New York Post.
''Chris sent Rihanna two bottles of Ace of Spades Champagne. DJ Sinatra had both Rihanna and Chris dancing at their tables.''
As previously reported, they had a frosty encounter at the Los Angeles club that Chris attended with his model girlfriend Karreuche Tran.
A source has said: ''Chris and Rihanna sat a few tables away from each other and shot dirty looks at each other all night.
''No one saw them actually interact. Rihanna was escorted to the bathroom multiple times and walked by Chris' table each time, not even batting an eyelash.''
It's hard to keep a track of what is happening between these two, as they infamously made friends earlier this year when they collaborated on two tracks, 'Turn Up the Music' and 'Birthday Cake', but she recently unfollowed her ex on Twitter after he appeared to throw shots at her in one of his more recent songs.
Of the backlash that she faced following her decision to collaborate with the singer, she said: “'I thought people were gonna be surprised that we finally did a record together, but I didn't see how people could think it was a bad thing. In my mind, it was just music.
''I mean, if I went back to him [as a girlfriend], then that's a whole different discussion. And if I ever do, then that's something that y'all have to talk to me about when - if - that ever happens. Until then, look at it for what it is.''
