Kate Middleton is set to plan a party fit for a king as hubby Prince William turns 30 this year.
After playing a key role in marking the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations with her array of Alexander McQueen chic outfits, the Duchess of Cambridge is putting away the nude court shoes for a while and concentrating on Wills' 30th bash.
Kate is said to be ''pulling out all the stops'' for her husband's big 3-0 and is doing everything she can to make it a celebration to remember.
The Duchess, who turned 30 in January, has been reportedly having top secret meetings with the Prince's closest friends to plan the out-of-this-world occasion.
Prince William turns 30 on June 21, and it's no surprise that his doting wife of just over one year wants to make a great fuss over him, especially as they spent most of 2012 apart with Wills on RAF Duty in the Falkland Islands.
Kate celebrated her own 30th with a ''low key'' dinner amongst her closest loved ones, so she desperately wants William's birthday to be just as special.
And according to reports, busy Kate is also thought to have been organising a very special and personal gift for her beloved hubby - with the help of father-in-law Prince Charles - a painting of herself!
We wish her the best of luck, and will be expecting that invite...
