New mum Jessica Simpson was snapped yesterday in Los Angeles after working out with her personal trainer. The proud mum hit the gym after giving birth to baby girl Maxwell Drew last month.
After claiming she doesn’t want to do any yo-yo diets, the Fashion Star mentor has taken to the Weight watchers and personal trainer.
Being snapped yesterday leaving her personal trainer’s house, looking happy but slightly sweaty, the star is sticking to her word to ditch that baby weight.
Simpson is getting a helping hand to shift the weight, after declaring herself the new face of weight watchers, which she had planned to have joined before finding out she was expecting.
The star who was sporting her black gym wear, says she is sticking to small healthy meals such as shrimp with sautéed spring vegetables and quinoa with some mixed fruit juice to wash it all down.
When speaking to People magazine, Jessica said, “After you have your baby it's like, "Oh my God, what happened to my body... this is not me.”
Well don’t worry Jess we still love you… Keep going girl!
