Michelle Keegan has reportedly turned down boyfriend Max George's second marriage proposal.
The actress, who plays Tina McIntyre in Coronation Street and her The Wanted beau were plagued with reports that their relationship was on the rocks when Max revealed that he was no longer engaged during a tour in America earlier this year.
Revealing that Max was keen to put Michelle's engagement ring back on her finger, a source told Now magazine:
"He's so into Michelle, it's unreal."
However, Max, who is one fifth of the band The Wanted, didn't get the answer he was looking for, as the source added:
"He asked her if she'd consider being engaged again, but she said no - not because she doesn't love him, but because it puts too much pressure on them.
"She's happy with the way things are."
