Peter Andre has revealed that Robin Gibb wrote him a song before he passed away last month.
The singer and reality TV star said he felt lucky to be able to call the Bee Gees legend a friend.
"I was absolutely devastated to hear about Robin Gibb passing away last week. I was lucky enough to call him a friend and I feel privileged to have known him," he told Bang Showbiz.
"He was such a total legend musically and also a kind man, and he's going to be missed so much."
He revealed: "He very kindly wrote a song for me recently and I'm determined to finish working on it when I get back to the UK. I'm going to release it and make sure all the proceeds go to his favourite charity."
Robin sadly lost his battle with cancer last month, after a tough battle that saw him overcome a coma.
Peter has also been struggling to deal with his own brother's cancer fight, but has managed to reverse his coffee shop's misfortunes after it was awarded just one star by health inspectors.
"I'm very pleased to report the health inspectors who gave my coffee shop one star out of five when they first visited have since come back and given us five stars," he wrote on his website.
