Elton John has spoken out about his worries for frail Lady Gaga's health, going on to say how he literally cannot believe how much the singer works in order to live her dream.
The 'You & I' superstar is currently part way through her huge worldwide 'Born This Way Ball' tour, as well as working on her third studio album whenever she gets chance - Elton has said that he's worried she's 'over do-ing' it.
The 'I'm Still Standing' singer told The Guardian: "I look at Gaga and I think, 'How does she do it?' I talk to her mum and dad about it. They worry."
"She is frail and she doesn't eat when she should do and she's a girl and it's tougher for a girl," the 'I'm Still Standing' singer explained.
"She works really hard. She will be in Denmark one night and Saudi Arabia the next. I know how tiny she is and I do worry about her, yes."
Elton has a pretty close relationship with the eccentric singer, following the pair's performance at the 2010 Grammy Awards - Sir Elton then made Gaga godmother to his son Zachary last year. That's one hell of a showbiz BFF bond!
Earlier this week, Gaga's co-manager Vincent Herbert confirmed that the singer's new album is set to be 'insane' and that 'fans should expect the unexpected'.
Aaaah, too excited!
Meanwhile, you can check out Elton John on Monday (June 4) at the Queen's Jubilee Concert - the singer has recently had some health issues but is now fighting fit and set to take to that all important Jubilee stage! Hurrah!
Lady Gaga is a regular on the 'partying circuit'!
