She's the latex clad supervillain set to sex up the new Batman movie 'The Dark Knight Rises', but Anne Hathaway has admitted that far from turning her into a vamp - the role has actually made her feel sick.

The role is a bit of a departure for Hathaway - she's most famous for her roles in 'The Devil Wears Prada' and 'The Princess Diaries'. However she has admitted that she's dreamed of playing Catwoman since she was a little girl, saying she was more interested in imitating the feline femme fatale as a child.

Speaking about being the first female protagonist in Christopher Nolan's series of Batman films Hathaway told The Sun: “I didn’t realise I was the first — and I feel a little nauseous. That’s a lot of pressure.”

Part of what added to her nervousness was apparently due to director Christopher Nolan, who insisted on total secrecy about the film's plot, she said:  “I had to read the script in a locked room — OK, maybe the room wasn’t locked, I could be adding that for dramatic effect. But you know what I mean."

We hope Anne can get over her nerves to give Nolan's latest Batman a worthy sex kitten nemesis, and doesn't cough up a furrball on that sleek latex outfit!
