Lady Gaga has paid tribute to the late Mariyln Monroe on what would have been her 86th birthday today (June 1).
The 'Born This Way' singer, who is currently on Japan leg of her world tour, took to Twitter today to post a picture of herself styled on Monroe.
She wrote to her Little Monsters:'' #HappyBirthdayMarilyn They'll never take our blonde hair and lipstick.''
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Digicon Media has announced that it is planning to “revive” Marilyn Monroe for a live concert later this year.
The performance will incorporate the same technology used during the surprise performance by the late Tupac Shakur at this year’s Coachella Music Festival.
Gaga is currently on the road touring her latest album 'Born This Way' which includes dates in London and across Europe.
The singer opens her anticipated show with ‘Highway Unicorn (Road To Love)' followed by all her biggest hits.
Tracks performed included 'Bad Romance', 'Electric Chapel', 'Poker Face' and 'Marry The Night.
