Singer Chris Brown has put his West Hollywood Condo on the market that he originally bought for a whopping $1.6million and the neighbours can’t wait to see the star go.
The star who has been branded the ‘neighbour from hell’ and accused of wreaking havoc to early hours of the morning is now seeking $1.9 million for his pad.
The pad with lavish fittings, was indeed the place where the star racked up $15,000 in parking fines, so perhaps Chris invest in somewhere with a private drive.
Or is he looking for a marital home to share with his girlfriend Karrueche Tran, as he is rumoured to have presented the Vietnamese model with a sparkler just a few weeks ago, leaving her "speechless".
She later tweeted: "you've made me the happiest birthday girl EVER" after posting the picture of the stunning diamond ring.
