It seems Dappy's actions have finally caught up with him as he was told off twice by a judge yesterday as he appeared in court following a brawl.
The 24-year-old rapper - whose real name is Costadinos Contostavlos - is charged with affray along with three fellow defendants.
The group were told to be quiet as they tutted and talked during evidence at Guildford Magistrates Court, Surrey, according to The Sun newspaper.
Guildford Magistrates Court heard the rapper spat at two girls at a garage after they refused to get in his car. He is then said to have hit one of their three male pals.
Dappy’s friends are accused of joining in, beating up the men.
The N-Dubz star's lawyer Adel Buckingham, said: ''He totally denies the allegations against him and he is indeed keen to clear his name.''
Ditching his usually baggy tracksuit, the rapper dressed smartly in a dark suit and white shirt for his court appearance and even stopped to hug loyal fans after his appearance before the judge.
All four deny affray and claim Dappy was attacked. The four appeared at Guildford Magistrates' Court and were given unconditional bail to return there on July 19 when it is expected the case will be committed to Crown Court.
