Justin Bieber is alive and well, despite being the victim of yet another death hoax.

The 18-year-old, who is gearing up to the release of his new album Believe, became a trending topic with 'RIP Justin Bieber' late last night (May 23).

Beliebers took to Twitter to slam the trending topic, with one user writing: “RIP Justin Bieber is trending AGAIN. Gosh haters, don't you know by now that it means Really Inspiring Person? “

While another added: “RIP Justin Bieber is trending now. Twitter kills more people than Hitler and Voldemort combined.”

But some people were a bit mean about the 'Baby' singer, as one wrote: “RIP Justin BIEBER is trending, I think it is really horrible and cruel to trend something like that.......And get everyones hopes up."
