Coronation Street star Michelle Keegan has won 'Sexiest Female' at the British Soap Awards four years running, so it’s no surprise that her fellow co-stars might have a crush on the hot 24-year-old, but it was a shock to many when she revealed that Bill Roache, who plays Ken Barlow, likes to cop a feel onset.
As the actor is 89 years old, it’s frankly a bit wrong that he’s feeling up a girl who is 56 years his junior, however Bill has proved to be quite the lothario, recently admitting that he had slept with over 1,000 women during his time on the popular soap.
Michelle, who is currently in a relationship with the much more age appropriate Max George from The Wanted, told The Mirror: “I’m not joking, he’s always touching me on the bum. But because it’s Ken Barlow he gets away with it. He’s a legend.”
Ryan Thomas, who plays Jason Grimshaw, Michelle's on-screen ex-boyfriend, thinks Bill's bum-squeezing antics make him “a god” and he told The Mirror that he wants to join in too: “I'll have a go [at touching Michelle’s bum], I'll see if I can beat him."
The 27-year-old actor added: “Bill is a god. He's even more godly since he announced he has slept with 1,000 women. He is an absolute legend. Bill is so cool, such a cool guy. And nobody can say a bad word about him. He doesn't exploit it at all. It wasn't done in a seedy way.”
