Chris Brown's celebrations for his win at the Billboard Music Awards was a little tainted as he had been kicked out of a Las Vegas nightclub because of his violent temper.
The 'Crawl' singer, who picked up a gong for 'Best R&B Male Artist' on Sunday night (May 20) was allegedly partying at Haze at Azria on Saturday night when he was unceremoniously booted out of the nightclub when onlookers thought he was about to start a fight.
The New York Post has reported that Brown became "visibly upset" after a group of girls, who he bought bottles of champagne, left him and moved on to a different table.
"Brown approached the guys in the group [at the next table] and started getting visibly agitated. Brown stood up, and looked like he was about to start a fight when club security stopped him," a witness told the tabloid.
"He got in the guy's face and was cursing at him, and saying, 'Are these girls with you or with me?' The guy was stunned by it. Things were close to getting extremely ugly. Then Chris's security and club security escorted him out."
Chris Brown's representative has denied that there was an incident at the nightclub, insisting that the story was "not true", but a spokesperson for the nightclub has confirmed there had been an incident stating: "Haze has a zero tolerance policy for violence."
In 2009, the Grammy-award winning singer was sentenced to 180 days of community labour after beating up his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
