Bobbi Kristina Gives Emotional Tribute To Mother Whitney At Billboard Awards

Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown made her first public appearance since her mother's death last night at the Billboard Awards 2012.

The 19-year-old didn't say much understandably, however the speech that she did make was extremely emotional and was accompanied by music superstars such as John Legend and Jordin Sparks' renditions of some of her mother's greatest hits.

Bobbi accepted the 'Billboard Millennium Award' on behalf of Whitney and went on to thank fans for supporting the Houston family and said she was "blessed to have been in such an incredible woman's life."

She then added: "I just want to say thank you to everyone who supported us through it all - not just from when it was good, but when it was bad - just everything. Thank you so much for showing that much love, 'cos she deserved it."

Bobbi is also set to appear in a reality show titled 'Houston Family Chronicles', later this year. The show will follow members of the singer's immediate and extended family as they deal with the goings-on surrounding Whitney's death.

Cissy Houston also hopes that the show will give Bobbi Kristina an extra stepping stone into the world of a performer, introducing the public to Whitney's daughter, as she hopes to follow her mother in pursuing her dreams to become a singing superstar.

Meanwhile, Adele and LMFAO were the big winners at last night's Billboard Music Awards, with Adele picking up a massive twelve awards and LMFAO picking up a respectable six.
