Having already seen Gwyneth Paltrow walk the halls of McKinley High, Gleeks are in for a real treat next season following the reports that Hollywood A-listers Kate Hudson and Sarah Jessica Parker will star on the hit show.
Both actresses will make a cameo appearance on the show for a limited time when the show returns for it's fourth season, according to the Belfast Telegraph.
Whilst the details of their characters are unknown, Kevin Reilly, Fox's entertainment president said that the fourth season will focus on "a show within a show".
It is thought that the new season will also feature "some new faces" following the departure of some of the original Glee cast.
Admitting that the last few days of filming season three was emotional for the cast, actor Harry Shum Jr revealed in a recent interview: "There [are] a lot of tears on set, randomly. We had a rehearsal and even our choreographer had some tears.
"He couldn't even get through the rehearsal... We've been through a long journey."
Harry's co-star Amber Riley sparked speculation about her departure from the show when she tweeted about her last day on set.
She wrote earlier this month: "That's a wrap on Amber Riley! Just closed a chapter in my life, the only thing I've known day in and day out for three years."
Despite feeling sad, Amber revealed that she couldn't wait to have some time off.
"I'm going to miss the whole Glee family, seeing them everyday! I have so many brothers and sisters now :) But I am looking forward to a much needed and deserved summer vacation! SCHOOL'S OUT Glee Kids! Let's play!"
