They're both outspoken TV personalities with a tendancy to speak their mind - so it's no surprise that Piers Morgan and Kelly Osbourne have had semi-serious clashes in the past.
They had a notable 'feud' on Twitter earlier this year, with Piers slamming Madonna's Super Bowl performance and Ms O leaping to her defense.
"What on earth is she singing now? Sounds like a Belgium nightclub cabaret act. #Superbowl", he wrote, prompting Kelly to respond: "piers do your bum licking self a favor & shut the f*ck up! #OhIWaitForYourPatheticReply! #WorldPeace"
He then retalliated: "The only posterior-lashing going on here is from you & @MrsSOsbourne to that mutton-dressed-as-lamb lip-syncher. #WorldPeace"
They are firm friends, however, and posed together yesterday at the Britweek 2012 Gala in LA, in aid of a children's hospital.
