Christina Aguilera has taken to Twitter to dismiss the reports that she snubbed Justin Bieber when he went to great her on The Voice earlier this week.
Having been greeted warmly by coaches Blake Shelton, Cee-Lo Green and Maroon 5's Adam Levine, viewers looked on in shock when Christina held out her hand for Justin to shake. However, Justin ignored Christina's hand, and gave her a (very awkward) hug instead.
Following the claims, Christina tweeted:
"Haha! The media loves spinning stories… Can't a girl have a little #BieberFever after getting kissed by the Biebs?"
Although the star may have looked like she was snubbing Justin on the show, it appears as though she wasn't, telling Us Weekly after the show:
"You know, he's definitely popular with the ladies and he came on the show tonight, it was a fun burst of energy. He's a really charismatic guy and it was cute!"
