Just days after Russell Brand said mourning his failed marriage to Katy Perry was "meaningless", the actor has also given up their former marital home.
The British comedian co-owned the £4 million Los Angeles home that the couple once shared but as part of the couple's divorce settlement, he's passed over his rights to it.
According to TMZ, Russell gave up the Hollywood Hills mansion that the pair bought together after filing a quitclaim deed.
The 'Get Him To The Greek' star, who has allegedly moved on with new girlfriend Nikolett Barabas, recently claimed that he doesn't "have to let anything go" because he doesn't like negativity.
"I'm doing well," he told People. "You don't need to brush it off if you don't get it on you in the first place. I don't have to let anything go. I don't hold on to anything negative. It's the same as zero-ness."
He also added: "It's not about letting it go. You can't let go of something you don't hold, you know. It's meaningless, [and] much of our world is predicated on meaninglessness. And I don't do that anymore.
"It's meaningless to me. It's like it never happened. It's meaningless."
Wonder what Katy Perry has to say about that? Will the house soften the blow?
