Dr Conrad Murray has reportedly lost 30 pounds in jail because of a severe case of toilet trouble.
TMZ reports that the incarcerated doc, banged up for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson, is blaming bad water at the L.A. County Jail for his ill-health.

He is also complaining about being forced to eat so-called "cat food", which he has to buy. He can purchase tuna for $4.25, salmon for $3.50 and mackerel for $2.50.
L.A. County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore tells the gossip site: "All inmates receive the proper nutrition and medical care that is required by law, but the Sheriff's Dept. goes above and beyond what is required."
Murray is apparently filing multiple appeals to try and get himself out of jail, focussing mainly on the fact his health is being compromised by the diarrhoea.
He was recently denied bail.
