Whitney Houston's Death 'Was No Accident'

Sister-in-law vows to get to the bottom of it

Whitney Houston's former sister-in-law has insisted that the singer's tragic passing was not accidental.

Leolah Brown, sibling of the 'I Will Always Love You' singer's ex-husband Bobby, blasted recent reports that claim the death last month was not calculated by the lady herself or anyone else.

"I believe Whitney's death was not accidental, no," she told Access Hollywood. "My attorney has advised me not to get into that at all. But it's very important to know that she did not just pass away like that.

"And if it's the last thing that I do, I'm going to find out what truly happened to my sister."

She also voiced concerns for her neice, Bobbi Kristina, who has been struggling to cope with her mother's death.

"I am concerned about my niece Bobbi Kristina, yes. Krissy is not safe right now. I want to say to Krissy that it's very, very, very important that she does not trust anybody at this time."

Leolah's attorney Reginald Mason added, "There are persons that possibly would want to take advantage of Bobbi Kristina's fragile state of mind".
