We all know how loved up Adele is with her man Simon Konecki but is the singer's besotted boyfriend planning a birthday proposal?
A friend of Simon's has been spilling secrets to the Daily Star Sunday and apparently the 37-year-old is preparing to ask Adele to marry him on the singer's 24th birthday in May. The friend says:
"It falls over the bank holiday weekend so he may plan a trip away and do it then. He knows she's the one and Simon's pals have never seen him so happy. He's like a different person."

Only last week Adele joked that was hoping for an engagement rock "you can see from space" after she was spotted wearing a ring on her finger at the Brits. With Simon by her side when she swept the award shows earlier this month, things have got serious between the couple pretty quickly.
Simon's gobby friend confirms that they're keen to settle down, saying they plan "to to buy a huge house in the country and have 2 or 3 kids."
If Adele does get her proposal we'll miss the emotional break-up songs but couldn't be happier she's found her true love!
