Kim Kardashian was hoping that her ex-husband Kris Humphries would just go away and take the divorce settlement, but according to reports, he's ready to take on the whole family.
Kris, who was shocked when his wife of 72 days filed for divorce, has refused to take her money and settle out of court - instead, he's bringing the fight to Kim's doorstep in California and even wants to take on Kris Jenner.
According to Life & Style magazine, the basketball player has filed a complaint against the matriarch, Kris, using a Minnesota-licensed attorney practice in California.
Even Kim's lifelong pal Jonathan Cheban might have to take to the witness stand amid the drama.
"Kim's freaking out, she has no interest in dragging out the divorce or having it play out on TV," a source told the magazine.
"Believe or not she's a private person."
The insider also added: "All of her dirty laundry will be aired, and there is a lot to air."
According to the magazine, Jonathan is ready for it as he's allegedly said: "I hope it doesn't come down to that but I'll do what I need to do."
