While the girls stole the show with their glamourous frocks, Plan B managed to turn heads too as he showed off his incredible weight loss.
The rapper, whose real name is Ben Drew, showed off his slimmer body and chiseled jaw as he posed on the red carpet.
While on stage to present the award for British Male Artist, the 28-year-old joked: "As you can see I've put on a lot of weight, sorry about that."

Despite his ill-fitting suit, Plan B's weight loss could not be hidden as his face certainly looked more defined. Last year, we reported that Plan B had been losing weight after making a bet with his 'The Sweeney' co-star Ray Winestone, who was also at the London awards show last night.
The new film, which has been directed by Nick Love, will see Plan B take on the role as Carter - formerly played by Dennis Waterman in the hit TV series.
"Ray came into the studio and we were talking about my character and how someone as young as me has got the part," Plan B told The Sun.

"We were saying how I've got to be a man in his early thirties, super-smart, excels in exams, brilliant at sports and Ray looked me up and down and goes, 'Are you sure you're going to get yourself in good enough shape?'"
The rapper, who has a few films under his belt, continued: "I thought right then and there, 'I'm going to do it'. That's the extra incentive I needed. I thought, ‘I'll f****** show you, pal’.'
"I'm just eating salad, steaks and fish now. I'm eating a lot of prawns. I love prawns. I've even been eating the prawns that have been in the fridge for a few days, it goes through you quicker, you know. That helps weight loss."
