After suffering from pneumonia last year, George Michael has been resting up and taking it easy. However, that still didn't stop the Wham singer from appearing on the Brit Awards stage last night to present an award to Adele, even if he was a bit nervous...
Surprising the fans with his appearance, the star, who flew from Australia especially for last night's event told the crowd:
"I'd just like to say I've been asked to come to this event for the last 17 years and I happen to live just up the road, but this time I know who wins and I had to come back from Australia."
Happy to be receiving an award from George, Adele, was spotted giving a quick kiss to her boyfriend, before going on stage and giving the singer a hug.

George, who was spotted soaking up the sun in Australia recently, tweeted last week that he was working on new music.
The music legend tweeted: "People, I'm excited....just finishing a ballad that I think is going to make you think my eighties self has been re-born which I suppose it has in a way.
"Even my tracheostomy scar is healing nicely in the sun, was looking a bit Bride of Chucky for a while. Spoke to doctors before I came away and they told me my recovery is way quicker than can usually be expected so I'm happy as Larry!"
