Having seen the return of Big Fat Gypsy Weddings last week, the show returned tonight, focusing on the travellers dealings with the law.
Believing that their unique culture should be respected by the law, a traveller could be seen telling the camera: "Why should we change our culture because people don't understand it."
With her wedding all planed and her hen party just days away, we were introduced to 15 year-old bride-to-be, Danielle who was preparing herself for seeing her 20 year-old fiance Brendan get sent to jail after committing a crime.
Speaking candidly of his life of crime, Brendan, who has been in and out of prison, revealed:
"I hate the police and the police hate me", however his young bride didn't see it like that, saying: "You get blamed for things you don't do."
Fortunately for Brendan who was due to be sentenced on the night of Danielle's hen party, his trial was held off for a few more months which, meant that they could spend more time together.
Elsewhere and deciding to defy the law of racing horses on the road, we were introduced to Ambrose Senior, who having had a couple of run-ins with the police, still went ahead with horse racing on a main road.
Again, believing that they were doing nothing wrong in ignoring the police, a traveller who was watching the race said: "We're not breaking the law, horses were on the road before cars."
However, a traveller's decision to live a life of crime also has effects on their family after we saw eight year-old Chloe get ready for her first holy communion without her dad who was serving time in Strangways prison.
Wanting to share her special moment with her dad, Chloe and her mum were seen going to the prison to visit him, however, their late arrival meant that they couldn't see him, which resulting in Chloe breaking down in tears.
What did you think of tonight's show?
Big Fat Gypsy Weddings is back!
