Bobby Brown’s friends are reportedly begging the rapper to end his long-running feud with Whitney Houston’s family for the sake of his daughter Bobbi Kristina.
The 18 year-old has been left devastated by the sudden death of her mother and with Bobby storming out of her star-studded funeral at the weekend, those close to the 43 year-old singer fear that he is not doing his best for his daughter.
A source told RadarOnline: “[Everyone needs to] come together to help Bobbi Kristina.”
“She is clearly in trouble, and she doesn't need to be put in the middle of her father and her mom's side of the family.”
Bobbi Kristina sat next to her distraught grandmother throughout Saturday’s service and despite staying composed, behind closed door those close to the teenager fear what the loss of her mother at such a young age will do.She has been to rehab for drug addiction in the past and attempted suicide only last year.
The source went on: "Yes, Bobbi Kristina is eighteen years old, but she is clearly crying out for attention and Whitney's family is terrified they could be planning Bobbi Kristina's funeral next."
Now friends are urging the ‘My Perogative’ star to put his tour with ‘New Editions’ on hold to take care of his daughter.
The insider said: "Bobby Brown needs to physically go and get his daughter and take her to a remote location and let her mourn the loss of her mother away from prying eyes. Line up some mental health professionals, but Bobby needs to do it.”
The only thing standing in his way seems to be the long running feud with Whitney’s family, who blame him for the singer’s drug addiction that lead to her shocking death.
“The problem is that Bobby is fearful of making more headlines, or upsetting Whitney's family, but this is his daughter." The source added.
