Coco is broody and she wants a baby with her husband Ice-T, but the model is devastated when the doctor tells her that it would be too risky to get pregnant.
The reality star thought she was pregnant in the premiere episode of Ice Loves Coco. Both stars are shocked when she shows symptoms of pregnancy with dizziness and nausea.
Coco's 54-year-old husband, Law and Order actor Ice-T, said: "But I thought you were on the pill, are you on the pill?" he asks before adding: "How could you get pregnant when you're on the pill?"
The 32-year-old takes a test which reveals that she's not pregnant, but when her six-month-old nephew Austin is around, you can tell that Coco is broody.
After the negative result from the pregnancy test, Coco tells the camera: "If I'm not pregnant then I need to find out what's wrong."
Her doctor said: "Not pregnant", but the reality star still has some symptoms. With dangerously high blood pressure, Coco is booked in for an MRI scan.
As she waits for the results with husband, Coco can't contain her nerves. She has no obvious medical issues, but is told that her blood pressure is too high and could lead to a stroke or heart attack when she's older. She is also told that it wouldn't be safe to get pregnant with such high blood pressure.
Now Coco is working on getting her blood pressure so she can start a family.
