Fans of the show, soon tweeted their excitement about the return of the show, with one tweeting: "Yes! Can't wait!"

However, before Lord Sugar prepares to find his next business partner, he has to deal with being sued by former The Apprentice winner Stella English.

It is thought that Stella is suing Lord Sugar after claiming that she was forced out of her job when her contract with Lord Sugar's company wasn't renewed.

The Daily Mail reports Stella apparently being told: "The cameras have stopped rolling, welcome to the real world, there is no job", with a source adding: "Lord Sugar had tried to help Stella. When she was unhappy in one job he moved her. But it was Stella who left just two months before the contract ended, she was desperate to go."

We can't wait to see the new series, can you?
