The Only Way Is Essex star Lauren Goodger has revealed that the vandals who firebombed her shop in a mindless arson attack last week put a neighbouring family at serious risk.
Lauren's Way was targeted with petrol bombs just days after opening, causing around £10,000 worth of damage.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: "There's a child upstairs who could have died and it's just horrible to think someone was prepared to do this — to get me — without a thought for anyone's life."
She revealed that when she raced to the scene the family who live above the shop "were on the street and I could see the salon was just black and full of smoke.
"My original shock has now turned to anger. Whoever has done this is disgusting. I don't feel safe. I don't want to be on my own and it's terrifying to think I was targeted."
But she vowed: "Stock has been ruined and there's a lot of work to do - but we will open again."
Happier times... Lauren and Lydia Bright head to LA
